During the past few years, laser welding provider AWL-Techniek (Harderwijk, Netherlands) has experienced significant international growth. Besides the facilities in the Czech Republic, China, Mexico, and North America, the company will now also further expand its headquarters in Harderwijk, reaching an agreement with the city for a 60,000 m2 building site on the Lorentz III industrial estate.
The company's continued investments in innovations, international production facilities, and skilled employees have formed the basis for its recent growth. The innovations, which are tested and presented in the customer experience and training center, will be given a prominent place in the new building.
The first phase of the new building is planned to be completed by the end of 2018.
